Syncro Group extends their current agreement with Storytel, expanding the collaboration to include all Nordic markets. The agreement is an extension of the current preferred supplier agreement with WeAreCube AB (CUBE) within strategic influencer marketing, expanded with the SaaS platform, Collabs. The prolonged agreement will run for 12 months.
Syncro Group förlänger nuvarande avtal med Storytel samt utökar samarbetet till att omfatta samtliga nordiska marknader. Avtalet är en förlängning av nuvarande preferred supplier-avtal med WeAreCube (CUBE) inom strategisk influencer marketing och utökas med SaaS-plattformen Collabs. Syncro Group AB (publ) (”Syncro Group” or the ”Company”) today announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO3, which were issued in connection with the Company’s directed issue of units on Spotlight Stock Market in September 2021. In total, 9,753,038 warrants of series TO3 were exercised, corresponding to approximately 47 per cent of the total number of outstanding warrants of series TO3, for subscription of 9,753,038 B-shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.20 per B-share. Syncro Group will receive approximately SEK 1.95 million before issuing costs through the exercise of the warrants of series TO3. Syncro Group has also carried out a directed issue of shares of approximately SEK 1.45 million. In total the Company will receive approximately SEK 3.4 million.
Syncro Group AB (publ) (”Syncro Group” eller "Bolaget") meddelar idag utfallet från nyttjandet av teckningsoptionerna av serie TO3, vilka emitterades i samband med Bolagets riktade emission av units på Spotlight Stock Market i september 2021. Totalt nyttjades 9 753 038 teckningsoptioner av serie TO3, motsvarande cirka 47 procent av utestående teckningsoptioner av serie TO3, för teckning av 9 753 038 B-aktier till en teckningskurs om 0,20 SEK per B-aktie. Genom nyttjandet av teckningsoptionerna av serie TO3 tillförs Syncro Group cirka 1,95 MSEK före emissionskostnader. Syncro Group har även genomfört en riktad nyemission om ytterligare cirka 1,45 MSEK. Totalt tillförs Bolaget cirka 3,4 MSEK.
Today, March 29, 2023, is the last day of trading with the warrants of series TO3 in Syncro Group AB (publ) (“Syncro Group” or the “Company”). The subscription period for the warrants of series TO3 runs up until March 31, 2023. Each warrant of series TO3 gives the holder the right to subscribe for one (1) new share of series B in Syncro Group at an exercise price of SEK 0.20 per share of series B.
Idag, den 29 mars 2023, är den sista dagen för handel med teckningsoptioner av serie TO3 i Syncro Group AB (publ) (”Syncro Group” eller "Bolaget"). Nyttjandeperioden för teckningsoptionerna av serie TO3 pågår till och med den 31 mars 2023. Varje teckningsoption av serie TO3 ger rätt att teckna en (1) ny B-aktie i Syncro Group till teckningskursen 0,20 SEK per B-aktie.
