Syncro Group AB’s (publ) subsidiary CUBE has entered into an agreement with an established mail order group in Europe with 21 brands and operations in 11 European markets.

The board of Syncro Group AB (publ) (“Syncro”) has appointed Ebbe Damm as CEO to lead the company into a new phase with a stronger focus placed on profitability. In connection with this, CEO Magnus Winterman is leaving the company. Ebbe Damm leaves the role of Chairman of the Board but remains a board member. Board member Ronny Elenius takes over as Chairman of the Board. The changes have been implemented with immediate effect.

On Thursday, August 25th, Collabs AB re-launched its innovative platform which is described as “a Google for influencer marketing”. Now, just over a week after the public announcement, the company Sellpy has chosen to enter into a year-long agreement with Collabs regarding the use of the new platform.
In connection with the relaunch of the subsidiary Collabs AB’s new SaaS platform, another of Syncro Group AB’s (publ) subsidiaries in the influencer marketing sector, the full-service agency WeAreCube AB (“CUBE”), is also being relaunched.
