Syncro Group expands partnership with Storytel to include three more markets

Syncro Group extends their current agreement with Storytel, expanding the collaboration to include all Nordic markets. The agreement is an extension of the current preferred supplier agreement with WeAreCube AB (CUBE) within strategic influencer marketing, expanded with the SaaS platform, Collabs. The prolonged agreement will run for 12 months.

 

Influencer marketing is an important part of our media mix and our ambition has been to find a solution that offers both scalability and flexibility for our Nordic markets. We are very happy to have found it with Syncro Group; a combination of the Collabs’ platform and CUBE’s agency operations will be the key for us to be able to fulfill our ambitions in a more efficient way, where we can analyze data across several different layers, as based on the individual needs of each market,” says Maria Sörnell, Head of Marketing Nordics at Storytel

Idag, den 1 mars 2024, inleds teckningsperioden i Syncro Group AB:s (publ) (”Syncro Group” eller ”Bolaget”) företrädesemission av units bestående av aktier av serie B och teckningsoptioner, med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare. Teckningsperioden i företrädesemissionen löper från och med den 1 mars 2024 till och med den 15 mars 2024.

Syncro Group AB (publ) (”Syncro Group” eller ”Bolaget”) offentliggör ett EU-tillväxtprospekt (”Prospektet”) med anledning av Bolagets förestående nyemission av units bestående av aktier av serie B och teckningsoptioner serie TO6 och TO7 med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare om cirka 58,5 MSEK (”Företrädesemissionen”). Syncro Group har även erhållit ytterligare teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden, innebärande att Företrädesemissionen därmed omfattas till cirka 49,2 procent av teckningsförbindelser och garantiåtaganden. Bolaget har även handlat upp ett kortsiktigt brygglån från Formue Nord Fokus A/S ("Långivaren”) om 3 MSEK ("Brygglånet").
